MALE 18 MONTH RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM!

 

The transitional/independent living program (TLP Program) is a supportive service program provided to homeless young men ages 18 up to 21.

 

During an 18 month period, young men who are motivated to become self-sufficient are given the opportunity to focus:

  • On their strengths

  • Develop independent living skills

The TLP staff is committed to assist each resident

  • Get help finding and keeping a job

  • Get help finding permanent housing

In addition, the men are provided: 

  • Individual and group counseling
  • Skill building
  • Educational Support
  • Service linkage and collaboration
  • Transportation
  • Mentorship (group with open door)
  • Follow-Up and Aftercare

Emergency Shelter Program: Emergency shelter and crisis

intervention are provided 24 hours a day, every day of the year

for youth ages 10 up to18.  Youths are given the opportunity to  focus

on their strengths, develop self-help and resistive skills, develop

the ability to make good choices, and learn to be responsible for

their actions. In a nurturing, safe environment, youth learn to

trust and respect authority and themselves.

We offer residential - free room and board

  • Adult supervision
  • Counseling and Case Management
  • Individual tutoring, academic testing
  • Recreational Services
  • Spiritual Enrichment
  • Pastoral Counseling Programs
  • After School Enrichment Program

  • After-Care and Follow-Up Services
